Terun Wisdom Briefs Punjab Delegation on Modern Dairy Farming

Terun Wisdom officials warmly welcomed Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif and her delegation. They briefed the Chief Minister on modern dairy farming, milk processing, advanced technology, and the company’s operations.

During the visit, Maryam Nawaz toured the company’s dairy farms and milk processing facilities. She also reviewed modern farming and processing systems through digital inspection.

Furthermore, the company uses advanced technology to process milk and produce value-added dairy products. It integrates dairy farming, milk collection, processing, and product development into one modern system.

Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif said Punjab’s livestock development initiatives were producing positive results.

She said the Punjab government was supporting livestock farmers and promoting modern farming practices. At the same time, the government was taking steps to increase livestock productivity and improve animal breeds.

Government Expands Support for Rural Women and Farmers

Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif also highlighted Punjab’s initiatives to economically empower rural women and support livestock farmers. She said the government is implementing the Free Animal Distribution Scheme and the Livestock Card Scheme to provide financial and livestock support. These initiatives are helping rural families and rural women increase livestock ownership, improve productivity, and generate sustainable income.

She said the government was successfully implementing special livestock breeding projects. These projects aim to improve animal breeds and increase livestock production.
