Livestock Card First Installment Issuance Begins | CM Livestock Card | Livestock Card Program 2026
The CM Punjab Livestock Card First Installment issuance began on September 16, 2026, for eligible livestock farmers. This initiative is part of Phase II of the CM Livestock Card. Under CM Punjab, the Punjab Livestock & Dairy Development Department launched the CM Punjab Livestock Card Program 2026.
The program supports livestock farmers across Punjab. It also provides financial support and essential facilities to eligible farmers.

Secretary Livestock Punjab Ahmed Aziz Tarar chaired a meeting to review the progress of the Livestock Card Phase-II. He also assessed the facilities being provided to livestock farmers and discussed the next steps to ensure the smooth implementation of the program.
300,000 Animals Registered
During the meeting, officials briefed the Secretary Livestock Punjab on the progress of Livestock Card Phase II. According to officials, the department has completed the registration of 300,000 animals across Punjab under the second phase of the Livestock Card
Moreover, 280,280 livestock farmers have submitted applications for the program. So far, the department has approved 23,285 applications after checking the applicants against the required criteria.
CM Punjab Livestock Card First Installment
from September 16
The CM Punjab Livestock Card First Installment is being issued from September 16, 2026. Approved livestock farmers can collect their cards from 131 Bank of Punjab branches operating across Punjab.
In addition, farmers who benefited from the first phase can continue to use their existing cards to access the available facility.
25% Cash Withdrawal Facility
The Livestock Card also provides a 25% cash withdrawal facility. This allows eligible farmers to withdraw up to 25% of the available amount in cash.
Focus on Transparency and Merit
Punjab Livestock Secretary Ahmed Aziz Tarar directed the concerned authorities to maintain transparency throughout the card issuance process. He also stressed the importance of merit while processing applications and issuing cards.
Furthermore, he instructed officials to provide maximum possible facilities to livestock farmers so they can benefit from the program without unnecessary difficulties.
Livestock Card First Installment and Support for Livestock Farmers
Ahmed Aziz Tarar said the Livestock Card Program reflects Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif’s vision to improve the economic conditions of livestock farmers. He added that the initiative can also support better animal care and contribute to the development of the livestock sector.
The secretary further said that the Livestock & Dairy Development Department Punjab will continue taking effective measures to support livestock farmers and promote the sustainable development of the livestock sector.
