Prof. Barbara Padalino visited Pakistan. She belongs to University of Bologna, Italy. Dr. Naod Thomas along with Dr. Patrick Meyer also accompanied her. This visit of camel veterinarians was on the special invitation of Dr. Asim Faraz. Besides BZU Multan, camel experts also visited Islamia University Bahawalpur. They also went to Cholistan. Camel Professionals  reviewed camel welfare. In addition to this, they also focused camel behavior. They were also interested in camel production in Pakistan.  On the other hand, they also attended a discussion between teachers and students.

Dr. Abdul Waheed told about the activities of the department. He is the chairman of Dept. of Livestock and Poultry Production. He also highlighted the cooperation with international institutions.

Furthermore, Dr. Asim told about the representation at different forums. He presented in Morocco, Dubai, Qatar and Kyrgyzstan. He also participated in different forums in China, Saudi Arabia and other countries.

In addition to this, Prof. Dr. Uzair discussed the benefits of Camel milk. Furthermore, He welcomed camel professionals and camel vets.

International camel vets focused on the Camel Welfare, camel Behavior. They are working for related protocols development. These protocols will be for KSA, Egypt, Qatar and now for Pakistan, also.

However, Camel Veterinarians appreciated their visit and stay in Pakistan.
