In poultry, this material can replace maize up to 15% during the starter and finisher stages. This will not compromise the performance, nutrient digestibility, and good meat characteristics in the broiler. Moreover, it can replace up to fifteen percent of expensive conventional nutrients in broiler ration formulation. Furthermore, it will improve performance and profitability. On the other hand, its energy content in cattle is similar to that of high-energy grains. However, its high consumption in cattle can cause acidosis. However, if we increase the amount of green fodder in the livestock feed, we can use more bakery waste for cattle.
