UVAS conducted a survey about the quality of loose milk based on 1206 samples. Allegedly, a packed milk company funded this research. University disseminated the outcome of the survey in a ceremony. Besides Vice Chancellor UVAS, other faculty members also attended the event. Additionally, National Media provided comprehensive coverage to this event. On the other hand, dairy farmers and other related stakeholders are protesting. They are declaring it a biased activity with conflict of interest. This column is about this UVAS Loose Milk Survey.
