Tanneries Association called on Secretary Livestock Punjab

The delegation of Pakistan Tanneries Association called on the Secretary Livestock Punjab. The delegation highlighted the importance of livestock in the leather industry. They also shed light on the importance of the leather industry in the economy of Pakistan. They demanded to raise awareness on the care of Qurbani hides. The public should put salt on hides and deliver to tanneries as early as possible. Moreover, they demanded to take steps to control diseases affecting the skin including ticks.
