The Faculty of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Sciences FAHVS Tandojam is the historical veterinary institute of Sindh. It was established in 1971 with mission to provide professional manpower for the livestock development in Sindh. Sindh Agriculture University Tandojam DVM Degree is a five-year DVM Degree along with postgraduate programs in various subjects. This is the oldest veterinary institute of Sindh with historical contributions for livestock and poultry sectors. DVM Degree of this university commonly known as DVM Tandojam is the flagship degree of this faculty. Faculty of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Sciences also offers BS Poultry Science and BS Dairy Technology and various postgradute programs.

Undergraduate Programs
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM): Sindh Agriculture University Tandojam DVM Degree is a five-year professional degree program focusing on veterinary medicine, surgery, and animal management. This degree of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Sciences is famous as DVM Tandojam.
- BS Dairy Technology: This is a specialized program for dairy value addition focusing on dairy processing and dairy technology.
- BS Poultry Science: This is four four-year program to produce graduates for poultry industry with special education and training in the field of poultry production and related subjects.
