World Egg Day 2025 Ceremony at UAF Toba Tek Singh Campus
A ceremony was organized at the University of Agriculture Faisalabad Campus, Toba Tek Singh on World Egg Day 2025. Chairman Chicks and Feeds collaborated on it. The Chief Guest of the ceremony was the Member Provincial Assembly and Chairman Labour and Human Resource Committee Ch. Amjad Ali Javed. Prof Dr. Muhammad Qamar Bilal, Dean Faculty of Animal Husbandry, attended as the guest of honor.
The ceremony was attended by Ch Muhammad Tariq of Chairman Chicks, Principal Constituent College Borewala, Prof Dr. Sajid Mahmood Nadeem, Ch Muhammad Zahid, Muhammad Arif Saeed and other esteemed political and social figures and media persons.
Information about World Egg Day
The ceremony was organized under the supervision of Principal Prof Dr. Zia-ur-Rehman. The convener of World Egg Day was Dr. Muhammad Farooq Khalid and the organizers were Dr. Umar Farooq and Dr. Muhammad Aun.
Activities on World Egg Day Ceremony
Addressing the ceremony, Principal Prof Dr. Ziaur Rehman welcomed the distinguished guests who came to the World Egg Day 2025 and thanked them for their presence. In his address, he said that both the campus Toba Tek Singh and the poultry industry are striving to promote the poultry industry. He informed the audience about the ongoing curricular and co-curricular activities on the campus.

Addressing the ceremony, the chief guest Ch Amjad Ali Javed said that the University of Agriculture Campus Toba Tek Singh is providing quality educational facilities for the betterment of the people of Toba district. This institution is producing the best professionals to improve the poultry industry. He said that an effective strategy is underway at the government level to solve the problems faced by the poultry industry. He appreciated the exhibition organized on the campus regarding World Egg Day.
Stundets Participation
On this occasion, students from different departments set up beautiful and attractive stalls while more than 500 dishes made from eggs were prepared. The students were wearing special clothes for Egg Day. The exhibition hall was decorated with egg models. A poster presentation was also organized on the occasion of World Egg Day. A cultural show and an awareness walk regarding Egg Day were also organized. At the end of the ceremony, trophies and certificates were distributed among the students who secured positions.
