Workshop on Wild Animal Medicine Practices held at UVAS

A two-day workshop on the topic of Wild Animal Medicine Practices was organized at the Veterinary Academy of the University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, Lahore. The organizers of the workshop included Professor Dr. Hassan Saleem, Dr. Ayesha Safdar and Dr. Muhammad Azhar.

In the two-day workshop, Dr. Muhammad Azhar and Dr. Ayesha Safdar, as well as Dr. Muhammad Rizwan, Dr. Samuel Shahzad and others spoke. A field visit was also conducted for the participants of the workshop.

In the two-day workshop, practical training was also given to the participants on wild animal management, methods of controlling them, dart gun operation, snake management and other topics. Vice Chancellor Veterinary University, Professor Dr. Naseem Ahmed also spoke at the closing ceremony of the workshop.

Professor Dr. Kamran Ashraf, Professor Dr. Anila Zameer Durrani, Dr. Javeria Ali Khan, Dr. Hammad Ahmed Hashmi and others participated in the workshop.
