The cabinet of the Vets Sports Board 2025-26 has been announced

The cabinet of the Vets Sports Board (VSB) of the Faculty of Veterinary Science, University of Agriculture Faisalabad for the year 2025-26 has been announced. To select the members and make the process transparent, interviews were conducted on campus by the advisory committee and students were given various positions after testing their skills.

The advisory committee of the Vet Sports Board includes Professor Dr. Muhammad Shahid Mahmood, Dr. Muhammad Kashif Saleemi (Chairman Veterinary Medical Society), Dr. Bilal Aslam, Dr. Sultan Ali, Dr. Khurram Ashfaq, and Dr. Ayesha Khatun.

Cabinet of Vets Sports Board – VSB

Muhammad Arsalan will be the President of the Vets Sports Board (VSB), Amna Nadeem will be the Senior Vice President, while Yahya Altaf and Umm Al-Khair will perform the duties of Vice Presidents. Haseeb Raza and Wajiha Maqsood have been appointed as General Secretaries. Hamza Aziz and Fatima Naveed have been appointed as Head Event Managers and Zubair Ali as Head Campaign Event Manager in the event team.

In the finance team, Darood Iftikhar has been appointed as Marketing Head, Abdul Rehman and Fiza Tariq as Head Finance and Muhammad Asadur Rehman as Marketing Team Manager. Moreover, in the media team, Rehman Akram has been appointed as Head Media Team, Talha Tariq as Head Graphics, Salman Akhtar as Head Social Media and Ahmed Shah as Head Photography and Videography.

In the press team, Saqib Nawaz will serve as Head Press Team, Anisur Rehman and Zainab Ashraf as Head Hosting and Basam Ahmed and Iman Saeed as Head Content Writers. The decor team includes Sohaib Ahmed and Samna Fatima as Head Decor and Akhseviyar as Decor Team Manager.

Objectives of VSB

The aim of sports is to train the youth mentally and physically and enable them to lead an active life as good and responsible citizens. Like all other healthy activities, sports always help in achieving the academic goals of the university. Keeping this aspect in mind, the Faculty of Veterinary Science of the University of Agriculture Faisalabad has formed the Vet Sports Board.

The Vets Sports Board organizes various sports competitions in the faculty every year in which all members play an active role and students actively participate. The administration congratulated the new cabinet and expressed its best wishes.
