UVAS organized an Orientation Program at the City Campus and other Campuses. Newly admitted students of undergraduate Degree Programs attended. While addressing the ceremony, the Vice Chancellor welcomed the students. Moreover, he highlighted the importance of this institution. Prof. Nasim Ahmed also highlighted the achievements of the Veterinary University. This ceremony was related to UVAS Admissions 2023. 1800 students got admission after UVAS Merit List Finalization.

UVAS Admissions

UVAS announces admission every year in undergraduate programs. Besides this, the university also offers admissions to postgraduate programs. DVM is the main degree of UVAS. In addition to this, the university also offers programs in other subjects. These programs include poultry science, dairy technology, and human nutrition. Furthermore, the University also offers admission in different degrees of basic sciences. Fisheries and Aquaculture is also the program. Moreover, BS Applied Microbiology, BS Biotechnology, BBA, and BS MLT are also the programs of this university. D-Pharmacy and BS Environmental Sciences is also included.

On the other hand, University also offers admission in MPhil and PhD in different subjects. These subjects are related to veterinary sciences, poultry sciences, basic sciences, management sciences, and others.

University also offers different scholarships for the needy students.

UVAS Merit

UVAS admissions 2023 were on a merit basis. This year university received 12000 applications. 1800 students got admissions. University displays merit list on notice board. UVAS Orientation Ceremony

Students received complete information about the veterinary university in this ceremony. The Hostel Warden briefed about the facilities at the hostel. He also discussed the rules and regulations. Furthermore, the Director IT briefed about the IT facilities. In addition to this, Director Students Affairs, Director Sports and Senior Tutor also addressed the ceremony.
