The Dairy Manager job at PLDDB is open to candidates up to 60 years of age. Applicants must hold a DVM degree. In addition, a higher degree in Animal Breeding & Genetics or Animal Nutrition will be an added advantage.
Candidates must have at least five years of relevant experience. They should have experience in dairy herd management, reproductive management, vaccination protocols, disease control, milk production optimization and farm biosecurity. The required experience should come from large commercial or institutional farms. Moreover, experience with public-sector companies will provide an added advantage.
Veterinary Jobs at PLDDB
The Veterinary Officer job at PLDDB is also available for candidates up to 60 years of age. Applicants must possess a DVM degree. Furthermore, a higher degree in Animal Breeding & Genetics or Animal Nutrition will be considered an added advantage.
For this position, candidates need at least two years of relevant experience in dairy herd management. The experience should be from commercial or institutional farms. Additionally, experience with public-sector companies, along with the required experience, will be an added advantage.
