Prof Dr. Shakibullah has officially assumed charge as VC UVAS Swat

Prof Dr. Shakibullah has officially assumed charge as the Vice Chancellor of the University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences Swat. The teachers, students, administration, and other staff of the university warmly welcomed VC UVAS Swat. They expressed hope that the institution would progress further under his leadership.

Prof Dr. Shakibullah said that he is deeply grateful to the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for trusting him and entrusting him with the responsibility of leading this important educational institution. He will work hard to make this university a world-class research and teaching institution by utilizing all his abilities. He added that the  Veterinary and Animal Sciences profession is of great importance for the development of the country’s economy and livestock industry. The best opportunities will be provided to the students through modern research, quality teaching, and practical training at UVAS Swat so that they can play an effective role in this field.

Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Shakibullah expressed his determination to further elevate the educational and research standards of the university. He said that the University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences Swat holds a prominent position in the field of veterinary and animal sciences in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and across the country. We will take it on the path of further development and take all possible steps to transform it into an international-level research and teaching institution.
