Seminar on Right to Protein organized by US Soybean Export Council
A national seminar was organized by the United States Soybean Export Council on the importance of quality protein for food and health, Right to Protein.

At the beginning of the seminar, Dr. Saif-ur-Rehman, Soybean Export Breeding and Poultry Industry Liaison Pakistan, highlighted the importance of the seminar. He highlighted the importance of poultry products in providing quality protein.
US Soybean Marketing Head South Asia Deba Giannullis highlighted the importance of soybeans in providing protein and the role of the Soybean Export Council.
In the seminar, Clinical Nutritionist Dr. Nosheen Taqvi highlighted the importance of protein for physical health and development. Cardiologist Dr. Fahad Khalid highlighted the importance of protein for heart health.
Gynecologist Dr. Anam Mumtaz called the provision of protein in the diet very important for women. Consultant Nutritionist Dr. Muhammad Israr discussed various sources of protein and their nutritional importance. Neurologist Dr. Sadaf Nasir emphasized the role of protein for mental health.
During the seminar, the focus was on the role of chicken and eggs in providing quality protein. Experts emphasized that physical health can be ensured by making poultry products a part of the daily diet.
The seminar was attended by Dr. Nasir Mukhtar, Dr. Farhan Farooq, Dr. Shahzad Naveed Jadoon, Dr. Talha Khalid, Dr. Asif Mehboob, Dr. Fariha Talha, Dr. Tanveer Ahmed and former Director General Research Department Livestock Punjab Dr. Abdul Rehman and other people from the poultry sector.
At the end of the national seminar, Country Team Lead Pakistan United States Soybean Export Council Shafiqur-ur-Rehman thanked the participants and speakers of the seminar.
