Pakistan Veterinary Medical Association (PVMA) was registered with the Registrar Joint Stock Companies in District Lahore on June 24, 2022. According to reliable sources, a meeting of the office bearers was held on April 3, 2022 in which it was decided to register the organization under society registration.

On June 21, 2022, the Home Department issued an NOC to register “Pakistan Veterinary Medical Association” Lahore and this society was registered at the Lahore level on June 24, 2022. The memorandum initially stated that the term of the office bearers was three years, while after three years, the office bearers will be elected for a further four years. According to the information initially submitted, the organization’s President Dr. Muhammad Arshad, Vice President Dr. Muhammad Shoaib, General Secretary Dr. Khalid Saleem, Joint Secretary Dr. Muhammad Yousuf and Treasurer Dr Syed Sajjad Hussain.
