Provincial Ministers Livestock visited Veterinary University Ravi Campus Pattoki
Provincial Minister for Livestock Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Mohibullah Khan, Provincial Minister for Livestock Balochistan Mitha Khan Kakar and Provincial Minister for Livestock Punjab Sardar Hasnain Bahadur Dareshak visited the University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences Lahore’s Ravi Campus Pattoki.
Along with Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Talat Naseer Pasha and Secretary Livestock Muhammad Ahsan Waheed, they visited various departments of Ravi Campus Pattoki, including Akram Complex and Central Laboratory Complex. Various laboratories for diagnosing diseases found in animals, and analyzing semen, feed, food and adulteration were also shown to the provincial ministers during the visit. Meanwhile, the provincial ministers also planted saplings named after them in front of Akram Complex.
The provincial ministers appreciated the high standard of education and modern diagnostic and research laboratory facilities of the Veterinary University and the medical services related to the treatment and welfare of livestock. Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Talat Naseer Pasha briefed the provincial ministers about the various educational, research and training programs of the Veterinary University.
