Prof Dr Kamran Ashraf appointed as Honorary Secretary SPCA Punjab
Prof Dr Kamran Ashraf has been appointed as the new Honorary Secretary SPCA Punjab. The Punjab Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA Punjab) welcomed him.
Prof Dr. Kamran Ashraf was welcomed on his appointment during a ceremony attended by UVAS Vice Chancellor Professor Emeritus Dr. Masood Rabbani and Director General (Extension), Livestock & Dairy Development Department Punjab, Dr. Syed Nadeem Badar.

The ceremony highlighted the importance of strengthening SPCA Punjab’s role in animal welfare, protection and the promotion of humane treatment of animals.
The participants expressed their commitment to making SPCA Punjab’s efforts more effective and enhancing collaboration among relevant institutions for the welfare and protection of animals across Punjab.
