Seminar on Prevention and Control of FMD held at BZU. Department of Clinical Sciences organized this seminar. This is Foot and Mouth Disease (منہ کھر) which has economic importance also. Experts highlighted the effects of this disease on animals and farmers. Besides this, they also highlighted its impact on national economy. In addition to this, they also elaborated the control strategy of this disease. They emphasized vaccination and its local production in Pakistan. Officials of the Livestock Department also attended the seminar besides researchers and faculty members. On the other hand, representatives of industry were also present.
