Dr. Muhammad Junaid has been appointed Livestock Promotion Consultant (SPPS-II) at the Ministry of National Food Security and Research. His appointment has been approved by the Federal Minister for National Food Security and Research.

Dr. Muhammad Junaid is a renowned academician and a big name in the dairy processing industry with 17 years of experience. He specializes in dairy technology, supply chain optimization, and institutional capacity building. He has served in government institutions, veterinary educational institutions, and the private sector of Pakistan.
About the Livestock Wing of the Ministry of National Food Security and Research
Dr. Junaid received higher education and professional training in several countries, including the Netherlands, Australia, USA, Thailand, and Sri Lanka, which provided him with practical experience in world-class dairy systems and food safety. He has also served as a lecturer at the University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, Lahor,e and as the in-charge of the Dairy Supply Chain. He has also rendered his services at the national level in the field of milk value chain and capacity building of dairy farmers.
