Motivational Speakers, the PTI Government and Lessons for Youth

The Rise of Motivational Speakers
Such educated youth belonging to the poor and middle class, who aim to accumulate wealth instead of playing a positive role in society, are influenced by the glitter and splendor of the elite class shown on electronic media and soon become victims of inferiority complex.
On the other hand, such youth are also deprived of qualities like hard work, responsibility and realistic thinking and take shortcuts for success while maintaining the standard of wealth. Due to the capitalist system, these people are not able to accumulate wealth, but they definitely become disappointed and then blame society for their condition, contrary to their greed and inferiority complex. Then these people find a cure for their disappointment in dramas like motivational speakers.
The Influence of Motivational Speakers
These motivational speakers are high-class artists. They make people sit in front of them and praise them, and by telling them various stories and giving examples of exceptional cases, they force them to think that they can do everything. These speakers and their words are liked by everyone because they are being praised.
When a person goes home after taking such lectures, he does not get sleep all night. He does not understand people like Malik Riaz and Mian Mansha and imagines himself as such a strong person that he will become Bill Gates in a few months. On the other hand, the greed inside him also supports him and forces him to dream comfortably in the light of day.
After such sessions, the youth ignore the ground realities and cook imaginary pulao in their minds and make emotional decisions without any planning. When they come to their senses after stumbling, then they know the real reality of their times and society. But by then, a lot has gone wrong and then these young people cannot manage for many years.
A Lesson from the Current Government
If we look at the struggle of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf for the last ten years and listen to the claims and promises made during this struggle, it will be known that they were different from traditional politics and were expressing the wishes of the people. There is no question of weakness in their feelings and intentions. Their chains were also broken and their morale was high. They also had no shortage of qualities like teamwork and leadership.
It was clear from their languages and their gestures that Pakistan would change in a few months as soon as their government came to power and a new era would begin. Because of these same feelings, a large number of young and educated people were with them.
The Reality After Coming to Power
But when the government came to power, the situation looked different. Even taking a U-turn was justified and considered a characteristic of a great leader. It is neither their fault nor can their intentions be doubted. The only problem is that the slogans they raised and the promises they made were based on emotions and thoughts. They made announcements while ignoring the facts. When they came to power, they realized what the real situation was and how powerful the system here was. This is why Naya Pakistan is also old and old movements are seen in Naya Pakistan too.
Lessons for the Youth
The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf government and its current performance are a lesson for the youth of our nation that success is not achieved through emotional speeches and slogans alone. To succeed in life, one has to accept the facts and then plan and do homework properly keeping these facts in mind. If success had been achieved only through good words, good thoughts and encouraging emotions, PTI would not have faced such a situation today.
Similarly, the same is the case with those youth who cook imaginary rice in their minds without accepting the facts and want to achieve success through shortcuts, and then expand their imaginary world with the smooth talk of so-called motivational speakers and various spectacles, considering themselves to be something beyond Hashwani. Our youth do not need attractive words but experienced and successful people who will inform them of the facts, even if they are bitter, and teach them how to plan according to reality and live life facing the situations.
