PPR Treatment with Ivermectin. PPR in goat and PPR in Sheep is a disease that also exists in other animals. In fact, it is Peste Des Petitis Ruminants. Furthermore, PPR symptoms include fever, pneumonia, secretion from eyes and nose, and inflammation of intestines. Besides this, mortality of this disease is 80%. Moreover, it is a highly important disease due to its economic importance for livestock. UVAS conducted a research on this disease. Ivermectin for PPR Treatment shows antiviral potential. Ivermectin antiviral effects gave the positive Results. Dr. Saba Afzal conducted this PPR research at Institute of Microbiology of UVAS under the supervision of Dr. Sohail Raza.
