Fourth PVPA Executive Committee meeting held at PVPA House Lahore
The fourth meeting of the Executive Committee of the Pakistan Veterinary Pharmaceuticals Association (PVPA) was held at PVPA House, Lahore. Chairman Dr. Asim Mahmood Khan chaired the PVPA Executive Committee meeting, while Patron-in-Chief Dr. Muhammad Amjad Chaudhry attended as a special guest.
The participants discussed key challenges facing the veterinary pharmaceutical industry, along with organizational matters and ways to improve professional standards. A major focus of the meeting was the International Veterinary Pharmaceutical Expo. Chief Organizer and Senior Vice Chairman, Dr. Masood Sadiq Chaudhry, gave a detailed presentation. He shared updates on preparations, international participation, industry linkages, and expected outcomes of the expo.
The participants noted that the expo will help introduce Pakistan’s veterinary industry at the global level. It is also expected to support exports, attract investment, and promote collaboration in research and development. Members appreciated the initiative and assured their full support, calling it an important step forward for the industry.
