Dr Kauser Abdulla Malik took oath as the caretaker federal minister. He will serve as Caretaker Minister for National Food Security and Research in Caretaker Federal Cabinet. President Dr. Arif Alvi appointed him under Article 224 (1a) of the Constitution on the advice of the Caretaker Prime Minister.
Dr. Kausar Abdullah Malik is a renowned researcher of Pakistan. He served as Chairman Pakistan Agricultural Research Council (PARC), Member Planning Commission and Member Pakistan Atomic Energy Commission. He was the founding Director General of NIBGE. He was awarded Hilal-e-Imtiaz in recognition of his services.
