Milk Cooling and Storage Products

Milk Measuring Can

We have automatic milk measuring can. This can measure milk without foam. It has the capacity ranges from 10-40 Litres. Moreover, we also manufacture Stainless Steel Milk Cans and aluminum milk cans for milk handling and storage. These Milk cans have two handles with good quality and thickness. Capacity ranges from 10-60 Litre.

Milk Cooling Tank or Milk Chiller

We have milk cooling tank or milk chiller in different shapes, including round-shaped bottom units, round shape side unit and D Shape unit. These tanks are made of good quality material with auto control panel, Calibration Dip Stick, Digital temperature meter and agitator with slow RPM. It gives quick cooling and maintains temperature for long time.

D Shape is special product for dairy farms. While round shape with bottom unit is very famous in shops. This contains easily drainage system. It is moveable having strong wheels. D shape has a capacity for 200 litre to 300 litres. It has adjustable legs and small holes for milk to pour. Round shape tanks are available in 200-1000 Litres capacity. Milk cooling tank with in horizontal shape is also available. Moreover, we also prepare moveable milk cooling tank.

Milk Storage Tank

We manufacture horizontal, vertical, and rectangular milk storage tanks. It is made of SS food-grade material with insulation. Its legs are adjustable. Stairs and walking area are availablele. It has SS valve for outlet, slow RPM agitator motor, and auto temperature control. Its temperature is maintained for maximum time. It is available in customized designs.

Milk Shifting and Transportation

Milk Transportation Tank

As a Dairy Machinery Manufacturer, we offer milk transportation tank with the capacity 200-20000 Lites. It has a stainless steel body with insulation. Portions can be provided according to the requirements. It has a main hole with gasket and SS butterfly valve for outlets with SMS thread. SS stairs with SS platform for walking is also provided. It maintains the temperature for the maximum time. You can easily clean it manually. This is a special product according to the local requirements and local environment.

Milk Mobile Tank

This is specially designed for home delivery. This can be fixed on a loader rickshaw. It is also an insulated product that maintains the temperature for a long time.

Milk Shifting Pump

We have electricity-operated and fuel-operated milk shifting pump with the 5000-10000 litres capacity. It is designed for field and processing units with ss platform and motor cover. Its inlet, outlet, and impeller are also made of SSL. It has low consumption of fuel and electricity.

Milk Testing Equipment

Fat Testing Machine

We manufacture fat testing machines or Gerber Machines. It can carry 8 samples at a time. It has automatic control with a buzzer system and heating option.

Glassware Stand

We have stainless steel glassware stand. It can display equipment related to fat check.

Lactoscan Milk Analyzer

We also provide LactoScan milk analyzer. This can analyze cow milk, buffalo milk, and sheep milk. This gives the analysis of fat, SNF, density, lactose, protein, salt, and added water. Moreover, it also gives the value of milk temperature and freezing point.

Milk Pasteurizer

As a Dairy Machinery Manufacturer, we also manufacture milk pasteurizer or milk badge pasteurization tank. It has three in one functions as heating, normalization, and cooling. After pasteurization, milk is ready for consumption. It has a stainless steel insulated body with Argon welding grinding and buffing. It contains an Auto control panel and Agitator with slow RPM. Moreover, it contains a double lid for milk pouring. It is easy to operate and clean. This Milk pasteurizer is specially designed for small-scale operations.

Milk Boiling Tank

We have milk boiling tank with a triple Jacket Stainless Steel body. It can be operated with Electricity or Burner. It has ball valve for outlet, temperature Gauge, auto agitation with slow RPM, and water inlet and outlet. Furthermore, it has SS Legs. It is easy to wash and maintains temperature for longer time. It is available in 100-1000 Litre Capacity.

Cream Separator

We have cream separator with 440 or 540 litre per hour processing capacity. It has Electric and Manual Options. It has a stainless steel bowl with SS outlet for whey and milk. SS Milk reception tank is fitted on the top with tap. It separates 99% fat from the milk. It is also available with a heavy-duty platform for motor fitting.

Butter Machinery

Butter Churn

We manufacture butter churn with 100-1000 Kg capacity. It has SS Tank with SS Main Hole with gasket fitting and lock Side glass. It has a heavy-duty plate form with epoxy paint / mat finishing. Heavy duty variable speed gear motor is fitted with electric control panel. It has a Safety Rod with auto stop break.

Butter Pad Machine

We offer butter pad machine with 300 pads per hour capacity. It has SS Body and SS worm with auto control panel and a heavy-duty gear motor. Furthermore, it has SS hopper and SS conveyer with taflon rod. It is available with and without cooling system.
