LACC to extend its Dairy Farm Membership Program in KPK
Livestock and Agriculture Cooperative Corporation Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (LACC) has announced further expansion of its Dairy Farm Membership Program to develop the dairy sector and facilitate farmers. The program aims to provide basic facilities and modern technical assistance to farmers on subsidy so that production can be increased and costs can be reduced. It will primarily focus on Dairy Farm Registration and Farmer Registration program.
An important meeting was held in this regard under the chairmanship of Executive Director Mujahid Shah, which was attended by President Livestock Farmers Welfare Association Muhammad Asif Awan and District Director Livestock Dr. Iftikhar. The meeting agreed to expedite the registration process of dairy farms and include maximum farmers in the cooperative system.
It was decided in the meeting that the corporation will provide quality vaccines and medicines to registered dairy farms at subsidized rates. More high-quality animal feed will be available, while modern technical guidance and field support will also be provided. Along with this, effective disease prevention and better farm management will be ensured.

Significance of Dairy Farm Membership Program
Executive Director Mujahid Shah said that the corporation aims to provide farmers with a strong cooperative platform where they can get quality facilities at low cost and can significantly increase their production through modern scientific methods. Asif Awan termed the program as a farmer-friendly initiative and said that it will reduce the expenses of farmers and provide them with a structured platform while his organization will provide full support for the success of the program.
Dr. Iftikhar said that through coordination between government institutions and cooperative platforms, significant improvements can be made in animal health, production and farming quality.
