The Government of Punjab has introduced the CM Internship Program 2026–27 for Vets & Paravets  in Livestock Dept Punjab.  This initiative aims to strengthen the livestock sector while creating meaningful veterinary internships and paravets internships for young professionals. Applicants must hold a DVM degree recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) and must be registered with the Pakistan Veterinary Medical Council (PVMC). On the other hand, applicants for para vets internships must have completed a two-year Livestock Assistant Diploma (LAD), and their age must not exceed 20 years.
