Tenure of Maj Gen (R) Shahid Mahmood completed; Maj Gen (R) Shuja Anwar assumed the charge as Chairman GCLI

After the successful completion of Major General (R) Shahid Mahmood’s tenure as Chairman Green Corporate Livestock Initiative (GCLI), Major General (R) Shuja Anwar has assumed charge as the new Chairman GCLI.

Major General (R) Shahid Mahmood played a pivotal and fundamental role in the establishment of the organization. As Chairman GCLI, his historic and valuable services to the livestock sector of Pakistan will always be remembered.

Green Corporate Livestock Initiative (GCLI)

The newly appointed Chairman Green Corporate Livestock Iniatiative, Major General (R) Shuja Anwar, has rendered distinguished services as the Director General of the Remount Veterinary and Farms Corps (RV&FC) of the Pakistan Army. He has extensive experience in policy making, planning and strategic matters in the livestock sector. Under his leadership, the journey of development of Pakistan’s livestock sector will continue successfully from the platform of GCLI.
