DCFA Pakistan demands inquiry with availability of Vaccine of Livestock

DCFA Pakistan has demanded the availability of livestock vaccine in Sindh. Moreover, Association also demanded the inquiry on the expiry of Lumpy Skin Vaccine developed in Sindh. Association President Shakir Umar Gujjar has written letter to Advisor to CM Sindh for Livestock Najmi Alam for livestock vaccination. He raised the concern over disease outbreaks in Karachi and Sindh. Besides this, he has drawn attention towards the vaccination of animals at the entry points of Sindh before Eid ul Adha.

Shakir Umar says Sindh Instituted of Animal Health Karachi developed LSD Vaccine locally. Livestock Department did not utilize this vaccine and it got expired allegedly. However, Shakir Umar has demanded inquiry to probe this matter. On the other hand, he also demanded the Livestock Vaccination specially Lumpy Skin Disease Vaccine amid the transportation of sacrificial animals.
