- Central Cabinet
The Central Cabinet oversees national level planning, decision-making, member engagement, and coordination with international WPSA headquarters.
- South Zone
The South Zone manages activities in southern regions, including Sindh and parts of Balochistan. It conducts workshops, field activities, and member support programs.
- North Zone
The North Zone covers Punjab, Islamabad, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit-Baltistan, and AJK. It leads technical events, student engagement, and research-driven initiatives.
- Technical Committee
