نوے سے زائد جانور لاہور سے بہاولپور چڑیا گھر شفٹ کر دیئے گئے

Wild Animals have shifted from Lahore to Bahawalpur Zoo. However, This zoo has another name called Sher Bagh. According to,zoo curator 22 lions,two Bengal Tigers,Baboons,Monkeys, deer and other animals have shifted from Lahore Zoo. Besides, these animals no of birds also have shifted to Sher Bagh. Bahawalpur zoo has established in 1942 by the former Aamir of Bahawalpur. And, it bred wild cats and supplied them to other zoos in the country. In addition, it has an aquarium also. However, shifting of animals occurs due to zoo revamping. Unfortunately, it has no elephant yet. Despite allocation of funds,Wildlife dept could not able to import Elephant for it.
