ویٹرنری کالج جھنگ میں ورلڈ ریبیز ڈے پر سیمینار کا انعقاد

World Rabies Day Celebrated at College of Veterinary & Animal Sciences, Jhang. A seminar delivered by the rabies expert, Dr Waqas Ahmad, Assistant Professor, EPH, CVAS on the event. Dr. Waqas elaborated clinical signs, symptoms, diagnosis, prevention and control measures of the disease.

Students and faculty members participated the seminar. Pamphlets in Urdu were distributed among the participants to raise the awareness supported by GARC (Global Alliance for Rabies Control).

Seminar concluded with short speech by Prof. Dr. Abdul Shakoor, Principal, CVAS, Jhang on rabid dog bite wound management.

The seminar was organized by the Dr Iahtasham khan, Chairman Dept. of Clinical Sciences at CVAS, Jhang on the directive of Prof. Dr. Masood Rabbani, Pro Vice Chancellor, UVAS, Lahore.
