Fraud PVMA, Occupied PVMC, and Private Veterinary College; Current Appointment

Translation of Urdu Column – Fraud PVMA, Occupied PVMC, and Private Veterinary College; this cycle is responsible for the current situation of veterinary education in Pakistan and the destruction of the most important institution like the Pakistan Veterinary Medical Council. These are the three pillars on which the alleged mafia, its monopoly, and its empire stand.

If any of these links become weak, then this cycle is broken. These people are very well aware of what will happen to this alleged mafia, its leaders, and its facilitators if this cycle is broken. That is why, for the strength of each link and each pillar, they put in their efforts. The current battle in PVMC is also a battle to save this cycle. The recent appointment of the Deputy Registrar in PVMC is also a long-term plan to sustain the stability of this cycle.

If the PVMA’s hold weakens, the PVMC grip will also be lost and beyond that, private veterinary college and other institutions will cry out. Moreover, if the private college gets a shock, the alleged white-collar looting of the entire life is swept away and then the PVMA and PVMC  grip will be weakened. If the takeover from PVMC ends, the past opens up and the private college will suffer. So the survival of both the past and the future is connected with this cycle, so they are protecting it.

Livestock Department and University Officials

Livestock Department officers who are directly related to PVMA, have no courage to ask how a man has been the President of PVMA for the past many years. Then how this PVMA was taken into personal possession and registered at the address of a private veterinary college. When a few alleged facilitators sitting in the Livestock Department give an official platform to such mafias and receive souvenirs by lining up, then who among the lower officers will have the courage to raise their voice, yes, they can definitely hate, and the same they are doing probably.

On the other hand, who among the professors sitting in government educational institutions has the courage to speak in front of this alleged mafia and turn their own institution against them by creating problems for their university. Moreover, the hope of a job after retirement is also there. It is this interesting combination of fear, greed, and power that gives more force to this alleged mafia.

Appointment of Deputy Registrar at PVMC

If not this alleged facilitation, then what else is it that situation has gone beyond day-to-day matters to appointments? The same PVMC rules which they had tried to prove to be forged a few weeks ago, also made appointments based on the same rules and regulations. Instead of answering the questions raised on this deployment, silence is being preferred.

Of course, the current administration could have resorted to a temporary arrangement to facilitate administrative affairs, but the appointment to a most important position does not come under its jurisdiction. Moreover, the recruitment process was conducted in a very suspicious manner. Allegations of violation of rules and regulations also surfaced.

Above all, the person who was appointed is an alleged graduate of the same private college that this battle is being fought to save. He is also reportedly a key ex-employee of a private veterinary college. In these circumstances, the suspicious and allegedly irregular deployment of this person is a trick in the eyes of the mafia for which the alleged facilitators are performing their duties well. It should be noted that on the other hand, the PVMC administration is of the opinion that this appointment has been made as per the rules and regulations.

The matter does not stop here. To put pressure on the people related to PVMC, the same person’s brother’s number was being used to become a fake deputy chairman of NAB. Moreover, a vehicle with a fake official number plate, flag, and blue light was also under use. This all shows that his employment was the result of a grand plan and alleged facilitation.

PVMC Battle and Future

The current battle in the PVMC is not a battle of right and wrong, but a battle of share and power sharing prime facei. History is a witness that every mafia ends in this fight and then this fight brings this mafia to its end. All these who are fighting, will probably come together again but will fight again as the balance of power is now upset. Then they will reach their end ultimatley.

I neither have any personal problem with this appointee nor I have any personal quarrel with the appointees. The purpose of writing this column is only to record in history that I did not remain silent on this most important appointment. So that after 20 years people will not recognize and remember me as a “tout or front man” but as a “writer and journalist”. My job is not to bring this alleged mafia to its end but to expose them and I will continue to do so.
