پنجاب کابینہ نے پنجاب اینیمل ہیلتھ ایکٹ 2019 کی منظوری دے دی۔ وفاقی وزارت فارن افیئرز سے اس اس ایکٹ کے سلسلے میں پہلے ہی این او سی لیا جا چکا ہے۔ منسٹر لائیوسٹاک پنجاب سردار حسنین بہادر دریشک کا کہنا ہے کہ اس ایکٹ سے جانوروں کی تجارت کو عالمی معیار کے مطابق کرنے میں مدد ملے گی۔ اس کی بدولت لائیوسٹاک اور ڈیری پراڈکٹس کی
برآمدات کے سلسلے میں ئے امکانات پیدا ہوں گے۔
