The Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC) has announced new veterinary jobs in Punjab Food Authority. However, these PPSC veterinary jobs, Punjab Food Authority Jobs and PFA Jobs require candidates for the Price Control & Commodities Management Department. Currently, 64 Veterinary Officer jobs (BS-16) are available on a three-year contract basis. Applicants must hold a DVM or BS (Hons) in Animal Husbandry/Veterinary Sciences. Moreover, valid PVMC registration is mandatory to apply for these posts.
In addition, PPSC has also offered 6 posts of Veterinary Specialist (BS-17) on a three-year contract. Candidates must possess a DVM or BS (Hons) degree, along with MPhil, PhD, or equivalent professional experience. Furthermore, applicants must have active PVMC registration to qualify for these specialist positions.
Meanwhile, age limits vary according to the post and gender, as per PPSC rules. Importantly, only candidates holding Punjab domicile can apply. Additionally, selected candidates may be posted anywhere in Punjab or at specified institutions, depending on departmental requirements.

Furthermore, PPSC will conduct a written MCQs-based test for eligible candidates. Therefore, applicants should prepare according to the prescribed syllabus.
