The vaccine contains the B1 strain of ND virus and the H120 strain of Infectious Bronchitis virus. It can be administered to day-old chicks. Administration and Vaccination Methods

Intraocular/Intra-nasal Administration:
Dilute 1,000 doses of the vaccine in 30 ml of distilled water. Administer 0.03 ml per bird into the eye or nostril.
Spray Administration:
Dilute 1,000 doses of the vaccine in 70 ml of distilled water. Spray the solution evenly over birds from a height of approximately 50 cm. Maintain a droplet size of 80–120 μm to ensure effective distribution through the eyes and respiratory tract.
Drinking Water Administration:
Administer the vaccine using clean, chlorine-free drinking water. Ensure birds consume the vaccine containing water within the recommended time period.
