Ostrich Meat was sold at butchers shop on Tuesday and Wednesday. This project was started to promote ostrich farming in Punjab. There was also subsidy . This farming was started when ostrich was included in livestock. Meat of this bird is a luxury meal and cooked at the events of high class.
