Nomination of Tamgha-e-Imtiaz for Dr. Sajjad Hussain has been approved for his outstanding services in the fields of science, agriculture and livestock. He is Director General Research at Livestock Department of Punjab. He held various high positions in the Livestock Department. He has also served as the Director of the Veterinary Research Institute (VRI). As Director LPRI Bahadur Nagar, Okara, he also played a key role. Dr. Sajjad Hussain is also playing a very important and key role in the FMD disease control program. His services in modern research in science and livestock have been paid a great tribute.

لاہور (جاسر آفتاب ڈاٹ کام) محکمہ لائیوسٹاک پنجاب کی جانب سے جاری تفصیلات کے مطابق ڈائریکٹر جنرل ریسرچ محکمہ لائیوسٹاک پنجاب ڈاکٹر سجاد حسین کیلئے سائنس، زراعت اور لائیو سٹاک کے شعبے میں نمایاں خدمات پر تمغہ امتیاز کی منظوری دی گئی ہے۔ ڈاکٹر سجاد حسین محکمہ لائیو سٹاک اینڈ ڈیری ڈویلپمنٹ پنجاب میں بطور ڈی جی ریسرچ خدمات سرانجام دے رہے ہیں۔وہ محکمہ لائیو سٹاک کے مختلف اعلیٰ ترین عہدوں پر فائز رہ چکے ہیں۔ انہوں نے ویٹرنری ریسرچ انسٹیٹیوٹ کے ڈائریکٹر کی حیثیت سے بھی اہم خدمات انجام دیں۔ بطور ڈائریکٹر بہادر نگر اوکاڑہ بھی انہوں نے شعبے کی ترقی میں کلیدی کردار ادا کیا۔ ڈی جی ڈاکٹر سجاد حسین منہ کھر بیماری کے کنٹرول پروگرام میں انتہائی اہم اور کلیدی کردار ادا کر رہے ہیں۔ سائنس اور لائیو سٹاک کی جدید تحقیق میں ڈاکٹر سجاد حسین کی خدمات کو شاندار خراج تحسین پیش کیا گیا ہے۔
