History of Millat Tractors

Millat Tractors started its operation in 1964 and listed in 1965. The name of the company was changed in 1973. In 1992, company got privatization. Initially it was the importer of tractors. But now it is the leading tractor manufacturer in Pakistan over the history of decades. It is the manufacturer of Massey Ferguson Tractors in Pakistan. It is a leading agricultural machinery Company.

Fodder Machinery and Silage Machinery

As an Agricultural Machinery Company, Millat Tractors has a range of imported silage machines, fodder machinery, and hay machinery.

JF 92 Z10 Fodder Harvesters – Maize Chopper
JF 92 Z10 is a Brazilian Fodder Harvester. It is a highly efficient single row Maize Chopper with special single row maize head. It is the most common among the silage machinery and most selling maize chopper in Pakistan. Moreover, it can harvest the standing crop of maize with its cobs. It can also harvest sorghum, sugar cane, and other fodders like these. It can also cut and chop the cotton stick in the field.

This single row maize chopper has variable chop size with adjustable gear system. Chop sizes varies between 2 mm to 22 mm. It has 10 C shaped blades or knives which also act as corn cracker. It can harvest 26 ton per hour. This chopper is a tractor operated machine. It requires 50 hp power with 540 RPM at PTO.

JF 1300 Grasshead
It is a special grass head with is attached with JF 92 Z10 Single Row Maize Chopper. Combining this head with JF 92 Z10 makes it a powerful forage harvester. It can be used to spread grass, oat, barley, alfalfa, barseem, lucern and other grasses and fodders. It has a 3-disc cutter bar for cutting, while gathering is performed by a resistant. Its operation is safe and simple. 50-hp tractor can easily operate this combination. Its chopping capacity is 30 tons per hour.

JF 1000 Head
This is a special head among the silage machines that converts the JF 92 Z10 Single row maize chopper to a row independent forage harvester. This requires 60-70 hp tractor for smooth operations. It is useful for chapping of maize, sorghum, sugarcane, oats and other fodders.

Small Scale Foodre Choppers

JF 60 S3 Fodder Chopper
It is a smaller maize chopper or forage harvester for small scale operations. It is tractor driven machine which can chop maize, sorghum, sunflower, sugarcane and other products like these. Furthermore, it has four blades and gives different chop sizes.

JF 60 Chopper
It is an electric motor machine. It can also be operated with peter engine. This machine has the same specifications as JF 60 S3.

Wheat Straw and Hay Machinery

Wheat Straw Chopper The
Millat Wheat Straw Chopper is an eco-friendly machine. This is helpful to reduce smog and pollution as there is no need to burn crops in the presence of this wheat straw chopper. It makes toori or chaff from combine-harvested wheat straw. This tractor-driven machine is profitable for both agriculture farmers and dairy farmers. It requires 75 hp tractor for operations. It can fill 2-3 trolleys in an hour.

MF 1840 Hay baler
This is a powerful small hay baler for hay and other products. It can also bale wheat straw and low moisture haylage. It makes 20-35 kg square bales. Bale size is 14X18 inches. This hay baler machine requires 60 hp tractor.
