Livestock faced starvation due to drought in Thar in 2019. Mortality rate varies in different animals. 937 houses of 8 villages carried 8061 small animals and 1799 large animals. These animals were in serious threat due to drastic situation. Livelihood is based on these animals and they also play role in food security.
