According to the news of Daily Nai Baat, it has been learned from responsible sources that NAB Punjab headquarters has given the green signal to prepare a new reference against former Chief Minister Punjab Shahbaz Sharif regarding corruption and financial mismanagement worth billions of rupees in the Punjab Ministry of Livestock and Dairy Development. Sources have revealed that NAB attendance letters have also been issued to the Livestock Department for inquiry in this regard.

Sources have revealed that during the Shahbaz Sharif regime, alleged corruption of Rs 1.95 billion has taken place in the name of Grade Improvement Service. The former Chief Minister of Punjab formed the Punjab Livestock Board to bring reforms and improvements in the livestock sector, whose administration improved its financial condition by committing corruption for the improvement of livestock.
Information received from sources has revealed that officers trained 879 men and 667 women from South Punjab for the improvement of livestock, on which Rs 390 million was spent. When the project was launched, the provincial secretary of livestock was Naseem Sadiq and the interesting thing is that despite the huge expenditure, the concerned officers terminated the project, which caused a huge financial loss to the treasury.
The officers of the Livestock Board bought 26 luxury vehicles from the funds allocated for the improvement of the livestock department and kept them for their own use, for which they spent millions more on petrol and diesel. The officers of the Livestock Board under the ministry also looted millions of rupees in the name of breeding the Sahiwal cow that gives better milk across the country.
Sources have revealed that letters have been issued to these senior officers to appear in the NAB inquiry and the statements of some important officers have also been recorded in this regard. Sources have said that this too will emerge as a big scandal in this regard.
