History of Huraira Animal Shelter  

Huraira Animal Shelter is an animal welfare organization started in 2008. Mr. Muhammad Jameel laid the foundation of this organization. He rescued a kitten from a street and continued this welfare activity. This activity turned into a Cat Shelter and now it is a well-developed organization with its expanding network in different cities.

The Huraira Foundation is ISO-certified and supported by international affiliations, including partnerships with World Animal Friends in the UK, USA, and UAE.

The Huraira Animal Shelters meet international standards. ISO Certified animal shelters offer comprehensive facilities for animals. Key features include:

Huraira Foundation not only rescues and treats cats and dogs. We are also focusing on public awareness about animal welfare also. We organize different activities to engage society in education and advocacy on animal welfare. Furthermore, we also organize veterinary treatment camps in villages to provide free treatment to the animals.

Animal Rescue and TNVR Program under Huraira Foundation  

Huraira Animal Shelter offers animal rescue services in various cities of Pakistan. We offer TNVR facilities for street dogs and cats. Neutering and vaccination of dogs and cats is the alternative way and it stops the killing of these animals. TNVR is trap, neuter, vaccinate, and release. Under this process, dog birth is under control. Moreover, it also helps in disease control.
