Free Cattle Sexed Semen to be distributed among farmers by Livestock Department KPK

The Livestock Department KPK has launched a project to provide free cattle sexed semen. Under this project, high-quality Cow Sexed semen will be inseminated into cows. With this project, animals will produce calves through artificial insemination.

The director of the project is Dr. Sajjad Ahmed Wazir. The project has been welcomed by Asif Awan, President of the Livestock Farmers Welfare Association KPK. He said that the Provincial Minister for Livestock Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Fazl Hakeem Khan Yousafzai is working for the development of the livestock sector. The association will continue to provide all kinds of support. Farmers are unable to buy sexed semen due to its high price. Through this project, this expensive semen will be provided to farmers free of cost. Increasing the number of high-breed female animals will increase milk production.
