Pakistan Dairy Association (PDA) organized a Farmer Connect session at Packages Industries, Lahore. Chairman PDA Syed Yawar Ali, Chief Executive Officer Green Corporate Livestock Initiative Brig (R) Ehtesham Younis, Head of Milk Collection Imad Malik Nestle Pakistan, Dr. Aleem Bhatti, Dr. Muhammad Zubair, along with senior industry professionals, commercial and corporate farmers and other dairy experts attended.
Syed Yawar Ali presented PDA’s five-year dairy development plan on the occasion. He outlined key priorities and invited stakeholders to provide constructive suggestions. He emphasized that mutual cooperation and joint efforts are indispensable for the strength of the sector.

The chief guest of the event, Brigadier (R) Ehtesham Younis, CEO GCLI, gave an informative presentation on the company’s working model, goals, and achievements. He appreciated the role of PDA in bringing together all the key stakeholders and acknowledged its leadership in the development of the dairy sector. He stressed that the need of the hour is to bring modern technologies, especially sexed semen and IVF, to the small farmers to accelerate genetic improvement and productivity.
