In December 2021, a recommendation was made to relocate two elephants to Safari Park. And report on this relocation submitted to Sindh High Court. However, activists from the Animal Welfare Society approached the SHC regarding this matter. Despite this, experts have continued to advocate for the relocation of these elephants.
