DCFA KPK Delegation called on Secretary Livestock KPK

A delegation of DCFA KPK, led by central President Shakir Umar Gujjar, called on Secretary Livestock KPK, DG Livestock, and Deputy Secretary Livestock. The delegation of the Dairy and Cattle Farmers Association discussed various issues of dairy farming in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa including cattle colony in Peshawar and other cities and Milk Market.

In the meeting, detailed discussions were held on including farmers in the task force. A suggestion was made in the meeting to establish milk market and cattle colony in Peshawar and other cities of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on the model of Karachi. Appreciating this suggestion, the participants expressed their determination to take forward the consultation for practical steps. The delegation was assured of being included in the task force.

President DCFA Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Major (R) Azhar Ali Khan, General Secretary Muhammad Haris Khan, Senior Vice President Mian Gohar, and Executive Member DCFA Muhammad Ziaullah Paracha attended the meeting.

The delegation of the Dairy and Cattle Farmers Association thanked the Livestock Department of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for its cooperation. The delegation expressed its determination that DCFA would continue to play its role in solving the problems of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa farmers and improving milk and other dairy products in the province.
