To explore the potential of Cholistan, funds should be allocated directly for the livestock farmers of Cholistan. Cholistan University will no fulfil the requirement. There are already two Universities in South Punjab which are offering degrees and courses in Veterinary Sciences. After this University, there will be no change in Cholistan, only few professors and PhD degree holders will get benefit. A column of Dr. Jassar Aftab
