Pakistan Medical Association has allegedly started a campaign against Fresh Milk vs Packaged Milk again. Waseem Badami, a News Anchor, is part of this media advertisement. The commercial advertisement is promoting packaged milk vs fresh milk in the name of public service message. They are discouraging the public from using fresh milk and promoting packaged milk. Conventional dairy farming and small farmers are the backbone of the dairy production system of Pakistan.

This is also the the strength of national food security besides as basic support to the national economy. Such a Campaign is an attack on the dairy sector of Pakistan.

On the other hand, PEMRA has already issued a warning to TV channels for airing such promotions in the name of public service messages.
