Five buffaloes of a resident of Lalapur Tehsil Nowshera Virkan District Gujranwala died allegedly due to poisoning. Chairman Organizing Committee of Dairy and Cattle Farmers Association Pakistan Chaudhry Shahbaz Rasool Warraich along with other officials of Dairy Gujranwala met the affected farmer and expressed his condolences.

He strongly condemned the incident and demanded an investigation by the law enforcement agencies and the Livestock Department. On this occasion, the farmers also recorded a peaceful protest.
