Dr. Muhammad Azam Kakar appointed as Member Pakistan Science Foundation, Board of Trustees Constituted
The Board of Trustees of Pakistan Science Foundation has been constituted. Dr. Muhammad Azam Kakar has also been included among the board members. The President of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan has nominated Dr. Azam Kakar as a board member. However, he will serve as among the Members Pakistan Science Foundation for three years.

About Dr. Muhammad Azam Kakar
Dr. Muhammad Azam Kakar is primarily attached to the Department of Livestock Balochistan. He is currently serving as a livestock specialist at the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO). Moreover, he holds MS from Japan and PhD from Australia in Reproductive Biotechnology.

Dr. Azam Kakar worked on projects for various international organizations including the European Union, UNDP, and World Bank. He has also served as Dean and Professor at Balochistan University of Information Technology Management and Engineering Sciences and Lasbela University of Agriculture Water and Marine Sciences, Uthal. Furthermore, he served in various important positions including Director Planning and Development in the Livestock Department Balochistan.
Dr. Muhammad Azam Kakar is the author of more than eighteen books and reports. Moreover, he has published more than 100 research papers in various national and international journals. 8 PhD and 43 MPhil students worked under his guidance. Furthermore, he has also been honored with various awards.
