Punjab Wildlife and parks department is taking strict action against illegal hunting of wild birds.This action is also against illegal sale and purchase of birds . Poaching of wildlife is banned in Punjab. Wildlife dept has released rescued birds including parrots and sparrows.Dept has imposed heavy fine on poachers .
